Job Description
The Digital Marketing Analyst will help develop and implement the execution of web analytic reporting. As a central member of the digital marketing team, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive the optimization of our online marketing initiatives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversee analytics reporting across digital properties, such as marketing performance, customer journeys, audience segments, media analytics and executive dashboarding.
•Create, manage and distribute data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting utilizing online analytic tools.
•On a weekly/monthly basis, understand and monitor key performance indicators from all geographies and develop an analysis and reports that shows the results of all marketing activities to sales.
•Prepare charts, tables, graphs, diagrams and executive dashboards to assist in planning, execution and analysis of the marketing activities.
•Extract required data from Google, Facebook, CRM’s and other data warehouses.
•Help develop campaign strategies and recommend campaign optimizations based on data analysis by aligning closely with digital and marketing communications managers.
•Develop and maintain data mappings and translations for missing and incorrect data.
•Contribute to digital marketing strategy development and execution to support marketing and business objectives
•Manage website updates, focusing on optimizing for search and user experience, with marcom and digital services teammates.
•Set clear KPIs, analyze data, and proposals of digital campaigns for improvement of the consumer decision journey.
•Other duties assigned as needed.
YOU ARE A PART OF
•The Marketing Communications team and reports to the Senior Manager, Digital and Design in the Image Guided Therapy Devices business within Client. This position will partner closely with other business segment Marketing Communications Managers.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in communications-related field
•1 to 2 years of experience with analytics, data manipulation and digital tools
•Solid analytical and problem solving skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•Experience and understanding of analytic reporting tools (Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics)
•Excellent communicator, comfortable to manage a vast array of internal and external stakeholders
•Pro-active, solution oriented, with very good organizational skills
•High analytical, able to challenge factually
•Comfortable working with comprehensive data sets - coding/programming expertise (e.g. R, SQL) is a plus
•Collaborative, inclusive spirit
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and working cross-functionally with multiple teams including product marketing, marketing communications, design, web development, IT, sales operations, field marketing, etc.
