Shift Start and End Time
8:00am to 4:00pm
Responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming product shipments. Duties include unloading delivery trucks and checking incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing and storing shipments until they receive outgoing order requests. QA/QC of panels and materials: Testing and some minor assembly. Ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to table. Knowledge in SAP preferred but not required.
Knowledge of logistics, packaging, rigging and any other aspect of shipping needed. Packaging of all equipment, parts and shipments per the documented process and WIs currently in place for this BC. Setting up LTL or FTL shipments with our core carriers, completing all paperwork, quotes, computer transaction and record keeping of all shipping transactions. Handling all freight carrier issues to include freight claims, supplier interface and performance tracking. Multi-modal transport experience: Vessel, air and truck Routing guide updating and evaluation.

• Education required:
o HS or equivalent
• Software requirements/preferred:
o Windows 10
o Microsoft Office - Excel/Word/Outlook
o SAP preferred but not required
