Day shift: 6am to 2:30pm PST , Monday to Friday - onsiteJob Description Overview• The mechanical assembler position will be responsible for loading components to the feeder for the SMT process.• He/she will be responsible for making sure that the component tape is loaded into the feeder with the correct orientation and polarity. Move SMT carts/table to the SMT queue area to prep for the SMT builds. Tear down build after SMT and segregate the components to the correct bins for the stock room to transact back to inventory.• They will be required to perform basic 6S and safety awareness throughout the day. Top 5 Required Skills1. Manufacturing assembly and circuit board assembly2. Component polarity knowledge3. Ability to read schematic/drawings4. Utilize basic tools such as tweezer etc5. Good communication (written and verbal) and soft skills such as attendance
