Position Name: Mechanical Engineer Location: Mossville IL(Hybrid) Duration: Full time with client Salary: on w2 Job Responsibilities: Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines and other mechanical devices. Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals to determine time and cost feasibility to complete projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make recommendation to maintenance crew. Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment or software. Technical Skills Required CAD Software Experience (Pro/E, Creo, Solidworks, etc.). PDM Software Experience (Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.). Simulation led design experience, ability to iterate designs quickly based on analysis results. Ability to gain a mastery of complex engineering and manufacturability concepts. Good mechanical aptitude with ability to develop product concepts. Top skills: Design experience, simulation, and supplier management Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering required. 5-7 years experience required
