•The Media Reporting Solutions Specialist will report into the Manager, Media Marketing Technology and Data Analytics ROI (Media and Integrated Marketing)•The Media Reporting Solutions Specialist will be the subject matter expert and ‘super user” for the current and growing group of key media data analytics systems, including but not limited Google Analytics, Adimo, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.•The successful candidate will fulfill both regular and ad hoc reporting requests, support the greater MIM, M2C and Global Marketing teams in capability building, and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness with which these reports are leveraged for campaigns and website development.•The Media Reporting Solutions Specialist will interact frequently with multiple stakeholders, both within the markets and the Global Marketing teams, requiring strategic capabilities, strong influencing and communication skills, and exceptional collaboration. The person will also work closely with client IT team and Marketing partners—media, creative, and shopper agencies—to drive website strategy and email marketing strategy.Key Responsibilities:•Reporting Solutions Developmento Develop reports designed to answer business questions, making use of visualization techniques and key-takeaways from the data for stakeholders that may not have a deep understanding of analytics but are focused on understanding data-based conclusions and learnings.o Report on marketing KPIs such as website traffic, media plan spending, and email marketing engagement.o Track, report, and analyze the return on investment for SEO activities for our websites and search performance across major search channels.o Bring new ideas to the table and seek constant improvement and growth, including around new reporting solutions or techniques that could be used to answer business questions.o Build a cohesive and unified view of media data, collaborating with the Consumer Insights & Business Analytics team.•Analytics Awareness & Decision-making supporto Serve as super-user for a variety of media analytics tools, in order to answer questions and develop solutions with speed.o Generate ideas on how to build greater awareness of website and email analytics and their value to marketing strategy with the broader MIM, M2C, and Marketing teams.o Assist the Consumer Insights & Business Analytics team as needed with media-related dashboards.•Digital marketing developmentso Partner with our technology vendors to be aware of new features and developments with their solutions and evaluate their application within client needsPreferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:•Experience with website and email marketing analytics tools, with Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred•Strong skills in public speaking and convincing others to adopt a certain way of thinking and working•Excellent written communication skills•Proactive engagement and collaboration with marketing teams and proven track record of making recommendations that impact and build the business•Agency experience highly desirable•Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere•Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems•Proactive self-starter, able to set agenda independently and work with only limited managerial direction.•Ability to work within a team and independentlyRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies:•BS/BA degree•2-4 years’ experience as a marketing analyst, marketing technologist, or similar role•Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics•Deep understanding of media analytics best practices and principles•Understanding of consumer data privacy principles and protectionsJob Requirements:o Full time
