Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Location: Seattle, WA

Description:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • 5+ years of experience with minimum 2 years of experience in Support/Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment of Dynamics CRM System
  • Strong Analytic & Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent Communication & effective presentation skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually

Preferred:

  • Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Online Implementation or support programs
  • Hands-on experience in writing Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, CRM Web API
  • Passionate to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 Ecosystem (Powerapps, PowerBI, MS Flow) a plus.
  • Experience in web application development a plus - .NET & Azure stack
  • Planning and Prioritization skills
  • Experience and/or desire to work in a geographically distributed team as well as different timings.
