Position Summary:  This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Millhand (Utility II) in Mill department of Rice Mill. Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: Assist Miller in all duties Work well with others Good attendance Not afraid of heights Can work overtime each day Enforcement of all Client policies and procedures Assist in completing JSA's Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures. Promotes the Client Way and Core Values Ability to manage a diverse team Able to communicate with all levels of the organization Physical Requirements: Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time Working in environments at varying temperatures and noise level.
