• 5+ years experience with designing, building, and maintaining complex hybrid mobile apps

• 4+ Years of Software development in enterprise systems

• 4+ Years of Systems design

• 2+ Years of Angular development

• Experience in Developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android (Java/Kotlin) & iOS (Swift/Objective C), or other cross platform frameworks like React Native or Xamarin.

• An understanding of Material Design, rich motion APIs, smooth natural scrolling, and platform awareness

• Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment Skills: Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, JAX-RS(RESTful Webservice), JAXB, JSON, SQL, Angular 2 +

• Solid understanding of best practices in mobile UX design and experience working with UX designers a must

• Comfortable using GIT for version control - along with a decent level of GIT hygiene

• Experience developing new mobile applications from the ground up, architecting and spearheading the development and full lifecycle of the application to the market

• Experience leading other engineers with mentoring, constructive code reviews, and career development

• Experience building out CI/CD pipelines used for automatic deployment and testing of the application

• Experience working with stakeholders and coming up with solutions to make things work well
