Mortgage Loan Collector Apply
We are currently recruiting for 2 loans collections to reconcile accounts in collections. Training for this position is on-site in Richmond, VA then remote upon completion of training.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm
2 Saturdays a month 9:00am - 1:00pm
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collect payments on early-stage accounts (1 and two months past due) through problem resolution.
Make payment arrangements, schedule post dated payments, negotiate repayment plans
