Key Skills : admin: installation, configuration, support, balancing needs across multiple development arenas
we need someone that is very systems admin versed some scripting, how to monitor the environment;
we use solarwinds, Dynatrace and splunk some working knowledge of those tools would be nice
someone that understand how the product is licensed so that they can help us manage where resources are allocated, how we can avoid over and under licensing (which gets tricky when you start to look at minimum and maximum settings), etc
middleware/unix admin person that knows their way around the command line;
is used "to the cadence of the production side of the house"
