<p><strong>About the Company</strong></p> <p>Our client is the largest affiliate of top electronic manufacturer in Korea.
They mostly manufacture components and parts for mobile phones, tablets and semiconductor parts for all of their electronics products, including to export worldwide.
</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Boost behavior research for each composition and powder under product development process.
</li> <li>Optimizing of detailed manufacturing process condition.
</li> <li>Identifying the reason of manufacturing process change and theorization.
</li> <li>Managing the database accumulation for measured values of product characteristics and performance.
</li> <li>Report to VP of Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) Development.
</li> <li>Do advanced Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) development and characteristic research.
</li> <li>Handle the manufacturing process design and evaluation for high capacitance MLCC product development.
</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master degree or Ph.
D.
in Materials Science (Ceramics), or Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering.
</li> <li>5+ years' career in ceramics fine structure, firing related research, ceramics sintering/electric characteristics.
</li> <li>5+ years experience in managing metal synthesis, oxide, and heat treatment related research for fine structure control.
</li> <li>Fully experienced in material synthesis, and fine structure analysis of ferroelectrics.
</li> <li>Knowledgable with Physical chemistry, Thermodynamics, Ceramics - Phase equilibrium, and Ceramics properties.
</li> </ul>
