In this role, the Project Coordinator will work under the direction of the Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations. Provides support to recruiters across the company in troubleshooting technology issues, setting up virtual events, updating process documents, and compiling audit information. Assists in user acceptance testing and other technology testing. Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills are required. Must demonstrate a strong ability and willingness to learn multiple recruiting technology platforms, including ATS (BrassRing), CRM (Beamery), virtual events platform (Brazen), and online ticketing system (Asana). Prior experience working in any of these platforms and MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is strongly preferred. An ideal candidate is able to strike a balance between working independently to troubleshoot issues and collaborating with team members when appropriate. 2+ years of experience.
