CNA - responsible for providing Direct ADL Care, dressing, feeding, grooming, showering, etc.
to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Applicants will be required to document their work in our Electronic Health Record (PCC).
Will be working on 25 - 30 bed units with other CNAs, CMA,s and LPN,s to care for our residents.

Shift: 12 hours 7p-7a
