  Position: Business Analyst Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 6+ Months Interview process: Video interview. Business Analyst: As a System Analyst you would be expected to work closely with Business teams and convert their high level business requirements into tangible software specifications. This would require good understanding of Business Analysis tools and techniques, effective communication and relationship building skills.   Key Skills: Minimum 8 years of effective experience in Business Analysis Strong understanding and experience of using requirement gathering and analysis techniques. Good experience and understanding of effective use of Microsoft office tools like: MS Word, Excel, Power point, Vision and MS Project.. Prior experience of working and defining interfaces and requirements for: responsive web based applications, mobile apps and desktop systems. Good understanding of defining Non-Functional requirements Strong technical writing skills and experience of writing: Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications, and Functional Requirement Specification documents. Good understanding of Agile projects. Experience of working with offshore teams. Validate finished product against business requirements Ability to analyse databases or web services to study requirements. Good to have skills: Good understanding of UX concepts Experience of using prototyping tools like Balsamiq or Axure would be helpful Sid TalentMovers, Inc.
