Prepares Die Cutter by performing a variety of tasks to produce a consistent, high quality product by adjusting the die and register for pressure and cutting. Performs a variety of make ready tasks utilizing quick and east settings for high producitivity and precision operations, resolves any defects and adjustments. Oversee General Technicians working on equipment. Ensure quality of jobs completed by reviewing for quality and accuracy. Interacts with the team and coworkers in a way that promotes respect, encourages cooperation and contributes to excellent performance.</p>
