CorTech is an international staffing provider who is looking for an experience Staff On Site Recruiter in the Columbus, IN area. The hours will run from 8am to 5pm M-F. Pay Rate: 16.00-20.00Job Duties:-Build relationships between our client and candidates working at the location-Complete orientation, and onboarding at the work site as well as provide tours to candidates.-Oversee job posting and creation based on information provided by the client.-Contacting candidates in order to schedule interviews, and orientations.-Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interview as well as interact in B2B business conversations.-Detail orientated, and strong work ethic.- Knowledge of ATS systems, and compliance measures in order to meet company guide lines.- Data entry skills including online databases, and Microsoft office. -Willingness to commute and meet with candidates and clients.-Sales experience, or management experience is preferred but not required. -Self motivated and used to meeting high production goals.-Great verbal and written communication skills.- Working with high inbound call volume.
