**Open to all remote U.S. locations**

Description:

1. Project Management support for virtual events as it relates to logistics, registration, procurement, sourcing and technical expertise
2. Provide operational support for the People Leadership Development team from a data analysis & integrity perspective, ensuring that participant rosters, registration, and attendance history are clearly and accurately documented.
3. Market People Leadership Development programs using Salesforce technology, such as Chatter, Marketing Cloud journeys, Google programs, Slack, etc.
4. Distribute & manage communication updates & calendar updates with various groups including stakeholders, program participants, assistants, colleagues and leadership team
5. Manage complex registration and cohort groups, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely updates
6. Support other projects and priorities across the wider team/organization, in line with the dynamic and changing nature of our Company
7. Manage the timeline & follow-up on key deadlines as it relates to pre-work, outstanding registration responses, faculty, coach and vendor management, and the overall project plan
8. Manage course evaluations and run evaluation reports; Support Communications and survey/evaluation deployment
9. Coordination lead in nominations project, as it relates to stakeholder meetings, comms support, spreadsheet analysis

Requirements

* Proficient in Google Suite products such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel (specifically VLOOKUP)
* Provide data analysis
* Resourcefulness
* Ability to foresee potential event-related issues before they happen & mitigate situations if and when they arise
* Communicate status of projects back to management proactively
* Proficient in Gmail and Google calendar
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong customer service mindset
* Team Player
* Positive Mindset and demonstrates the ability to give & receive feedback
* Ability to shift and juggle competing priorities
* Supplier setup and vendor management, maintaining project budgets and opening purchase orders
* Experience with video technology platforms
* 3-5 years project coordination, events and/or administration exp.
