CorTech is seeking an Operations Specialist to assist in Recruitment and Operational tasks. Mainly assisting with general recruiting activities, sourcing candidates, background checks, schedule appointments, welcome & assist guests, pre-employment activities, drug tests, assist with payroll, customer support / customer service, administrative and other operational duties.

Temp-to-Hire position with the career path to Recruiter / Account Management and Sales / Business Development.

Duties for the Operational Specialist:
- Review resumes, certificates, academic records, and other pre-employment duties.
- Operate on several web-based systems to monitor recruiting, onboarding, vetting and assignment operations. Train associates on the use of computer based / web systems to properly record time for payroll and view payment / payroll information.
- Assist in completing and distributing Interview instructions, along with Orientation / First-day reporting instructions.
- Customer service to clients / associates
- Schedule appointments and meetings

Required Skills for the Operational Specialist:
- Strong work experience w/ computer / web application skills
- Customer Service
- Communication and Math
- Previous Human Resources, Clerical, Administrative or Operational experience with Customer Service is preferred
- Comfortable on the phone and in-person
* Bilingual - French Preferred

* May be asked to local travel to client sites or career events
