JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose Statement:

•The Recruiter represents CorTech by assisting the growth and development of CorTech’s workforce, revenue, and business in the market while selling and developing the business while managing and expanding relationship with various client accounts.
•Responsible for recruiting new talent and finding a solution with the client to solve problems and needs for human capital.
•Assist workers at the clients' worksite in addition to providing customer service and support.
•May work with the hiring managers at our client to determine the client’s needs as well as communicate with CorTech’s staff.

Essential Job Functions:

•Responsible for client interaction, marketing, selling services, sourcing candidates, recruiting, screening, selecting, and hiring associates.
•Work and collaborate with major client account management on delivering talent and relationship management
•Create marketing & social media strategies and plans for attracting candidates and brand in the market
•Attract employees who fit a job description and have the potential to become valuable additions to the company and clients
•Conducting new hire orientations, counseling/coaching temporary workers, and handling or escalating employee relations issues
•Communicating and enforcing CorTech policies around payroll, attendance, safety, and other employee programs
•Provide first-class customer service to employees and clients to grow market share
•Efficiently completes all back office (payroll, operations, and invoicing) duties in a timely manner
•Drive with growing the market's revenue, profits, brand, market share and client base.
•All other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications

•College degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred), or relevant work experience
(At least 12 months of previous work experience in staffing /recruiting, marketing, sales or business development and/or human resources is preferred)
Ability to effectively communicate with others
•Bi-lingual is preferred
•Marketing, sales, or business development strategies
•Excellent customer service skills and previous hiring, interviewing, screening, sales, marketing, presentation, and human resource work experience is preferred
•Excellent time management and organizational skills
•Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines, i.e. a self-starter
•Must be detail-oriented
