JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Operations Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support throughout the staffing division. This is a critical role as the Operations Specialist is the first point of contact with clients and candidates whether it be via phone or in person.

Essential Functions:
Administer new hire paperwork and drug screening per client requirements.
Enter and maintain applicant information in candidate database.
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
Run background check on applicants
Coordinate and confirm training class schedule for recruiters and on-sites.
Complete and run e-Verify of new hires.
File and maintain employee files (i.e. applications, i-9/eVerify, medical files, etc.) purging annually.
Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications
Confidentiality concerning employee files
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Professional and courteous speaking voice
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Able to multi-task, prioritize duties with excellent time management
Positive attitude and ability to be flexible and adapt quickly
Ability to go above and beyond to ensure exceptional experience for all candidates and clients
Responsibility
Working under limited supervision, following standardized practices and/or methods.
Utilization of resources from other departments is required to perform some of the jobs functions
Physical Demands and Mental Demands
Generally the job requires 70% sitting, 15% walking and 15% standing
Occasional bending, squatting, moderate lifting, and reaching required.
This position requires good multi-tasking which may cause moderate stress.
Must deal with a wide variety of people on various issues.
