Operations Specialist Apply
Currently seeking an Operations Specialist to assist in Recruitment, Human Resource, and Operational administrative tasks. The position working with the recruiting & staffing team while assisting with some Human Resource (HR) duties. Mainly assisting w/ general recruiting activities, sourcing candidates, background checks, schedule appointments or interview, welcome & assist guests or candidates, pre-employment activities, drug tests, assist with payroll, customer support / customer service, administrative and other operational or administrative duties.
Duties for the Operational Specialist:
Review resumes, certificates, academic records, and other pre-employment duties.
Operate on several web-based systems to monitor recruiting, onboarding, interviewing, vetting and assignment operations. Train associates on the use of computer-based / web systems to properly record time for payroll and view payment / payroll information.
Assist in completing and distributing Interview instructions, along with Orientation / First-day reporting instructions.
Candidate attraction using social media and other marketing strategies
Customer service to clients / associates
Required Skills for the Operational Specialist:
Strong work experience w/ computer / web application skills
Customer Service
Communication Skills
Enjoy working with the public
Previous Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Retail, Clerical, Administrative or Operational experience with Customer Service is preferred
Able to solve problems
Comfortable speaking and interacting with candidates / customers on the phone and in-person
