The specialist will support energy efficiency and demand management program implementation by performing tasks in monitoring, tracking and processing of program leads, customer inquiries, customer applications and invoices towards achieving energy savings and energy demand reduction. The Specialist must be able to prepare and review documents and reports for accuracy, reconcile discrepancies and streamline operational and administrative processes to build efficiencies and optimize work processing.Job ResponsibilitiesResolve routine program and customer inquiriesTrack and monitor program leads, evaluating customer eligibilityPrepare and review information and reports for accuracyReconcile data discrepanciesMonitor and track program budgets and expendituresProcess rebates and incentivesStreamline operational and administrative processesDocument and formalize work processesEducationBachelor's DegreeExperience2 to 3 years work experienceComputer skills in Microsoft Office suite, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point-PointKnowledge of basic finance and accountingExperience in processing and verifying invoicesExperience in contract management and associated deliverables.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses and recommend solutionsDemonstrated ability to work in teams, with customers, contractors and vendorsManage changing prioritiesAbility to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisionsPreferredExperience in Engineering, Business Administration, Database Management, Record Keeping, Operations/ Process Management or related fieldsExcel skills performing analyses knowledge of building systems a plusAbility to learn and use new database systems such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Business Intelligence, and Work Management systemsCertification, experience or training in Salesforce a plusProject coordination and Customer service experienceLocal - NY/NJ area - Fully RemoteHours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
