Operations Support Specialist - Office
Pay Rate: $15.17/HR


I. JOB SUMMARY –
Perform various office support/administrative functions for the Operation/Facility Manager and their management staff.

II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –
1. Performs clerical/administrative assignments in accordance with established procedures and under general instruction.
2. Updates and maintains all labor and discipline records.
3. Reviews and maintains various reports and ensure proper authorization for company functions and purchases are obtained.
4. May process payroll, including time and attendance, adjustments, and recordkeeping.
5. May coordinate the production, distribution , and communication of all safety-related reports and maintenance of safety-related records.
6. Oversees, under general direction, the administration and office support functions by maintaining office records, personnel files and answering routine questions about company policy.

III. REQUIREMENTS –
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic PC knowledge
3. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

IV. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS –
1. Some college preferred
