CorTech International, LLC is seeking to hire a Production Operator / Factory Worker for 12 hours shifts, in Kirksville, MO.**Pay starts at $16.65/Hour! ****Weekly Pay Schedule!****You can interview and start all in the same week!!**The General Labor / Factory Worker will perform various assigned duties in production, basic maintenance and sanitation.Positions vary depending upon departmental needs.Production Operator / Factory WorkerKEY COMPONENTS:Work with and under direct supervision of a Team LeaderWork in a cold environment (32-48 degrees)Must be willing to work with other people in a team conceptPerform production related functions as assignedPerform basic maintenance as assignedLearn standard cleaning methods and assist with scheduled plant clean upsAbide by all Plant policies, Safety Regulations, and Industrial Hygiene Regulations as a condition of EmploymentShare ideas and concerns with all members of the teamPerform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the team leaderMaintains compliance with Kraft Heinz-Kirksville safety policies and proceduresThis position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Kirksville, MO QRMP accountability departmentQUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED PreferredPrevious manufacturing experience and basic computer skills preferredPositions involve lifting, bending and stoopingMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be willing to work any shiftAble to lift up to 50 poundsCorTech Cares:Pay Options: Direct Deposit, Paper Checks or pay cards; paid weeklyHealth/Dental/Vision Insurance options compliant with the ACA401kOnline Employee Portal to adjust withholding's and view and print pay stubsInterview Coaching and Resume AssistanceWe look forward to working with you!
