JOB DESCRIPTION:

LOB Specific Description: The Project Management function supports Global Markets Operations' portfolio of change by partnering with functional stakeholders and technology groups to prioritize and implement initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance or market requirements. The function is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to support the 'Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) Target Operating Model' program, which aims to deliver a centralized report preparation capability focused on reducing risk, improving the accuracy and completeness of NFRR reporting and adhering to data policies & standards.   Responsibilities: Project Manage the NFRR Target Operating Model Program, including the coordination of activities across impacted Operations LOBs and support partners (such as Compliance, HR, Technology). Partner with Operations stakeholders to define and document the Target Operating Model and the required tasks & deliverables to achieve that operating model. Develop task list, project schedule and milestones. Partner with stakeholders to produce key deliverables. Track and communicate delivery status. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Chair working groups and steering committees as required. Adhere to enterprise change management standards.   Enterprise Role Overview: Provides technical and analytical support in a global markets operations function for one or more operations product areas. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and/or coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. May manage projects and/or the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services and processes, coordinating necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and/or products. As a technical expert, may also function as an informal team lead, providing work direction and technical guidance to less experienced employees in resolving complex transactions and operational problems. Requires extensive experience in an operations support function with thorough working knowledge of fundamental business structure and operational aspects for specific transactions and products. As a technical expert, will consult on a wide variety of topics across functional and business support lines. To be used for employees in Global Markets only.   Required Skills: (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified) At least 4 years of project management experience Understanding of Operations processing & regulatory requirements Track record of delivering projects to plan and on budget. Ability to assess an ill-defined problem and propose the tasks & deliverables that will be necessary to achieve the desired outcome. Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at different levels. Knowledge of structured project management methods. Competent with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio. Knowledge of Operational processing within Global Markets – ideally with particular knowledge of Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting or similar regulatory mandates.   Other Qualifications: Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions. Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward. Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs – is a continuous learner. Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change. Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base.
