Job Summary

Client is seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to fill a Test Engineering position in the Santa Clara Imaging production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and the calibration of production test equipment along with performing optical and electrical tests on imaging sensors and finished cameras. Additionally, the candidate will assist in the development of new imaging products and the development of new test hardware.


Primary Job Duties

  • Maintenance and repair of production test equipment
  • Equipment Calibration and calibration tracking/scheduling
  • Failure Analysis of imaging products
  • Implementation of test system upgrades
  • Data collection, analysis and presentation on imaging products
  • Documentation of new test procedures
  • Interact with operation technicians for assistance and training
  • Interact with sensor and process engineers to improve yield

Secondary Job Duties

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • BS in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or closely related field
  • 2+ years experience in characterization of optoelectronic devices
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • US citizenship or Permanent Resident required
