Job Description Must live in Dallas, Fortworth Area. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :(Must Have) 1. Experience as a Project Manager on multiple ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12). 2. 8+ years of project management experience. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Procurement, Financials, Supply Chain or Human Resources/Payroll applications. 4. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. 5. PMP certification desired but not required. 6. Product, technology, or industry expertise relevant to the Oracle products a plus. 7. Oracle ERP Cloud experience is strongly preferred. 8. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet project deadlines. 9. Ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. 10. Competence in sustaining project timelines, schedules, and critical path analysis with all affected parties. 1. Ability to work with key District and Oracle staff to establish performance targets and track progress by creating concise reporting through various means (e.g., electronic, database, PERT and Gantt type project management tools). 12. Experience and knowledge in project management and leadership, preferably in a school district setting. 13. Effective communications and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills. With the ability to clearly report on plan implementation progress, and motivate staff to follow the timelines, report progress, and adapt and adjust as required. 14. Ability to commit to this project for approximately 30 months (2½ years) to 36 months (3 years). 15. Strong ability to keep staff teams focused on goal attainment within conflicting time parameters. 16. Ability to quickly gain a solid understanding of several complex and significant documents including the Statement of Work, Master Consulting Agreement, and Licensing Agreement related to Oracle, as well as other indirectly related plans or 3 | P a g e documents. 17. Ability to work in a dynamic school district environment, with an understanding of the nuances and challenges within an urban setting. 18. Strong influencing and negotiating skills for dealing with internal stakeholders and vendors. 19. Proven success working with all levels of management.
