To drive innovation and digitalisation client is implementing new processes, ways of working and technologies across multiple functions and geographies within Europe over the next 2-3 years.The Organizational Change Manager Lead will directly contribute to the successful implementation of the new systems ensuring that change networks and super user communities are formed, leaders lead the change in their teams, engaging communication is created to engage all stakeholder and change recipients and ultimately, S+N get the ROI from the implementation of this new system via high user adoption.This role of Organizational Change Manager Lead will support the ongoing roll out of Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, Case Management) across the US.I. Job Description:Communication•Own the communication plan and strategy•Ensure the communication plan is understood by the project and input is given by the project members•Craft communication materials and tools to that clear, concise information is shared in a timely manner to key stakeholders throughout the business.•Actively support project areas with their communication•Coordinate the regular creation of a Newsletter and develop poster &updates•Ensure existing project and business town hall meetings are used to share relevant information with the audience and prepare content for thoseChange Management•Create awareness in the project for change behaviours and change resistance•Work actively with individual stakeholders identified as change resistant thorough the phases of change and help them to get to the desired state•Work closely with program director about any findings and outcome of the communication or change management and give guidance•Holds regular reviews with the Business Readiness lead and work stream leads to track progress against the business readiness plans, specifically relating to Change Management activities•Ensures Change Impact Assessments and Job Analysis are completed and communicatedStakeholder Management•Own stakeholder management with a clear understanding who from the project supports which stakeholder and always have a clear picture about the status of each stakeholder•Ensure stakeholders are interviewed regularly and provide content to all updatesTraining Design and Delivery•Conduct TNA and design engaging and effective training using tools like WalkMe and online learning platforms to effectively train users.•Provide training as requested to department managers or Super users about change management to support the organization working through change times•Review training and business readiness plans and guide project teamsChange Agent Lead•Identify, engage and facilitate employee change networks across sites, geographies and functionsAREAS OF EXPERTISE:Organizational ChangeCRM platform adoption (preferably Salesforce)Stakeholder Management and CommunicationsTraining Design & DeliveryAdoption and Benefits RealizationChange ManagementBusiness Readiness ManagementSalesforce TransformationPrevious experience working as an OCM expert in a global matrix corporate environmentDemonstrable success creating, defining, developing and executing effective organisational change management strategies at enterprise and project levelStrong track record leading and executing change management programmes in complex system implementations and delivering positive resultsExcellent relationship management skills; easily able to interact effectively at all levels in a matrix organisationDriven self-starter who operates independently and is comfortable making decisionsA high degree of commercial acumen with a good understanding of IT and commercial processesExcellent communication and presentation skills; easily able to influence others with credibility and gravitasEducation requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification Change management qualification (e.g. Prosci, APMG or equivalent)Minimum years’ experience:Minimum 3 years of Organizational Change Management or related career experienceConsulting or Business experience of minimum of 5 yearsIndustry Experience (Medical devices, Pharma, Regulated Industry) or working with equivalent sales teams min 3 years
