SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Position reports directly to Vice President. The Outside Sales team member is responsible for the maintenance and expansion of the Cor-Tech International client base by direct outside sales activity and service to customers. The Outside Sales team member may develop proposals, service designs, RFQ and implementation plans. The Outside Sales team member will contribute to the assigned market territories sales and profit goals by individually driving sales results. Outside Sales team member will be responsible for achieving their individual sales quota and activity goals.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)
1. Create a Business Development Plan to Generate Territory Sales Growth and Profitability:
• Develop and implement strategies sales and marketing initiatives to generate new clients and expand current clients.
• Develop a marketing plan that supports strategic initiatives in assigned territory.
• Develop, maintain and manage individual Sales Pipeline.
• Follow a consultative sales process to develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve a daily and weekly business development schedule to reach individual gross margin dollar objectives.
• Work directly with VP of sales to establish individual activity and result expectations.
• Cross-sells services, including alternative staffing solutions, of all Cor-Tech International assigned markets

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Meet or Exceed Productivity Guidelines (may be modified by Management):
• Conducts a minimum of 10 new client appointments per week.
• Conducts 3 customer service visits per week.
• Completes a minimum of 50 Telemarketing prospect calls per day (not including voicemails).
• Sends an email and/or business card and marketing brochure to everyone spoken with.
• Generates 1 new billing client per week
• Generates 1 new Direct Hire order per month.
• Join at least 1 networking associations relevant to line of business and attend functions monthly.
• Report weekly activity to management via Weekly Activity Report and Sales CRM.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues and management.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing industry.
• Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.

Education:
Associates Degree or at least 3 years of business experience in related field.

Experience:
• Previous experience in a service oriented sales position is required.
• Proven track record is required.
• Must show ability to achieve and exceed previous sales quotas.
