The primary purpose of the job position is to provide each resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with residents care plans and as directed by your supervisors. Candidate needs to possess the ability to function independently and have flexibility, integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies. Need to have the methods and implement them into existing practices. Need to be able to relate to the ill, diabled, elderly, emotionally upset and at times hostile residents.
