Packaging - 1st Shift Apply
<b>Job Description</b> Cressona production facility is seeking warehouse associates on 1st shift. Employees will be responsible for properly producing, packaging and palletizing product according to company specifications. <b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b> <div> <ul> <li>Set up Poly/Hand Hang lines to manufacture products.</li> <li>Remove product from a moving rotating table and pack in cases/cartons according to product or customer specification.</li> <li>Form and tape seal cases/cartons, palletize completed cases/cartons onto the correct pallets.</li> <li>Recognize defective materials/ products through Quality inspections.</li> <li>Keep work areas clean and orderly.</li> <li>Ability to communicate with other employees in a manner promoting "team work" and a safe working environment.</li> <li>Maintains quality standards.</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Mathematical skills required ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and decimals.</li> <li>Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.</li> <li>General mechanical aptitude.</li> <li>Excellent attendance record is a must.</li> <li>Solid communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment.</li> <li>All employees are responsible for reporting food safety issues to those who can initiate corrective actions.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul> <p><b>Schedule / Pay</b></p> <ul> <li>1st Shift</li> <li>$14.00/hour</li> <li>Monday to Friday.</li> <li>7:00am to 3:00pm (Regular Hours)</li> <li>5:00am to 3:00pm (Overtime Schedule)</li> </ul> <p>**All lines are currently working mandatory overtime, 50 hours per week. </p> </div>
