CorTech International is currently hiring Paint Line Operators for a well-known and very successful industrial supplier in Paris, KY! These positions have the ability to convert into a permanent position and are available for immediate start dates so APPLY NOW!
As a Paint Line Operator, you will operate machinery and equipment to produce parts for an Industrial Warehouse as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency in the production process.
Anticipated hours for the Production Associate positions are as follows:
2nd Shift - M-F 2:30 pm - 11:00pm
**Please note, OT may be required and if so it is mandatory!**
Responsibilities for the Paint Line Operator position include, but are not limited to:
- Loading raw steel parts on the paint conveyor line using hooks
- Unloading raw steel parts off the conveyor and placing them on skids
- Loading Larger parts with a two-person assist team
- Count and bundle utilizing banding machine
- Attach packaging material
- Perform visual quality inspections of parts and address issues/areas of improvement
- Following quality countermeasures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Following all plant safety procedures
Requirements of the Paint Line Operator position include:
- Ability to work at a fast and safe pace
- Required to wear personal protective equipment and follow safety procedures
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift 40 lbs on an ongoing basis. Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to visually identify hooks and parts.
- ability to work OT as necessary, even with short notice
