JOB DESCRIPTION :

Title: PeopleSoft Developers

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

  • Implement new HR systems functionality to meet business, regulatory, and compliance needs
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical and system requirements to create technical specifications
  • Document HR Systems specifications and changes
  • Design solutions based on Gore IT standards
  • Ability to interface with business associates and external technical / business partners
  • Participate in planning and implementing of new projects to achieve short and long-term objectives.
  • Define technical requirements for new HR systems and business processes, testing functionality, support monitoring, problem resolution, enhancement fulfillment, change management, and status reporting
  • Onboard new HR systems providers/partners, if needed
  • Communicate and coordinate on requirements, implementation, and onboarding with business and third party vendors
  • Develops an understanding of the supported business and its functions, processes and operations

Required Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5+ years HR systems experience with global company
  • Experience integrating HR systems with ERP, CRM and other applications
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders and third party vendors
  • Ability to learn new HR software applications.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse population of business and IT associates globally
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating HR Systems with ERP, CRM and other applications
