Title: Peoplesoft PM

Location: 60 State Street, Boston, MA

Location Details: access to all T lines.
Remote until June when they are expected to be in the office 5 days a week pending vaccine distribution/state guidelines.
The office is at 15% capacity now.
Prefer someone local to Boston.

Start: as early as next week no later than 4/19

Duration: 10 months through January 2022.

The manager has changed the role a bit:

I would say the person should be 30% project manager and 70% business analyst.

Need to create all the technical and functional specifications

Don't need a dedicated project manager but the resource that can lead a project but all do the specifications

PREFERENCE FOR LOCAL

MUST BE ONSITE AFTER JUNE

Must have PM and BA experience

The client is looking for a consultant to lead the migration from Peoplesoft to Oracle R12.
They don't necessarily need to have migration experience the PeopleSoft knowledge is most important and ability to pick up Oracle R12.

Must Haves:

Peoplesoft expert

Financial reporting background

Minimum 5 years experience

SQL queries

Ability to present a steer committee pack (https://www.

)

Ability to make decisions and run with them.
Jeff doesn't want every single decision point coming back to him.

Autonomous

Plus:

Oracle R12 knowledge (the current person had Oracle university knowledge and was able to pick up R12 really easily)

Day to Day:

Two roles: PM & a BA.

Amundi wants to kick off this project by the end of April so need someone in by 4/19 so they can onboard.
Its ideal to have someone in next week so there is overlap with the current person in this role.

BA - More important writing up functional specifications, query databases, working with the business and being the US lead on this migration.

Supported by Dublin and Paris resources

PeopleSoft

Knowledge and experience administering PeopleSoft financials environment; financial modules include AP Accounts Payable, GL General Ledger, AM Asset Management, PO Purchasing.

Provide support to finance staff related to PeopleSoft processes, data flow, controls and associated integrations.

Work directly with business users and IT resources to troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance and ensure system availability and changes.

Experience in GL Consolidation, Cost allocation, and combination rules in PeopleSoft a plus.

General knowledge of SQL and/or experience using relational database structures.

PM

Manage day-to-day activities of ERP migration to ensure milestones and requirements are met.

Monitor project work to ensure progress is completed on time and within the specified guidelines.

Prepare and facilitate steering committee presentations.

Serve as a subject matter expert on different aspects of the ERP migration project.

Develop User Acceptance test plans.
Plans should include use cases, data requirements, and scenarios
