Job description -  Our client is looking for a Performance Test Manager with experience in Application architecture and solution the Performance and work closely with customer and solution architects in identifying the areas where performance testing.  Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.  Primary Skill Set- Performance Test Technical Program Management,  Oversee Performance Test Engagements  Performance Test Architecture, Design & Design Management,  Performance Test Execution Setup and including Monitoring,  Performance Test Execution & Execution Management, Root Cause Analysis for Performance Bottlenecks, Support of Performance Bottleneck Remediation, Performance Regression Testing, Performance Test Reporting. Load Runner Enterprise AWS Cloud with Auto Provisioning Oversee multiple performance test engagements in industrial electric utility software, ensuring best practice. Serve as an escalation point for both client and performance testers supporting dependencies and removing blockages. Review and drive Performance Test Plan documentation, Reporting, and Root Cause Analysis. Laisse with application technical SME's (DBA's, Developers, Environment technologists) to drive proper monitoring, root cause analysis, and tuning support. Oversee and validate project scope definitions, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Oversee and support design performance test architecture, including service virtualization Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion where required. Oversee development and socialization of full-scale test strategy and plan documentation. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, initiating and maintaining staffing, including recruitment and screening for qualified resources. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. Ensure compliance with PMO and Client TCoE practices  Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts across project teams. Oversee the identification and management of dependencies and critical path Oversee and ensure support of key milestones and deliverables across projects Oversee the development and delivery of progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project teams and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Experience as a performance test manager/lead Strong understanding of large IT Project Management, Integration and/or Business Application QA Testing. Demonstrated experience leading test efforts for utilities (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, OMS, SCADA, AMI, DERMS) Expert level experience with Load Runner Enterprise (+ Performance Center) Disciplined, self-starter and have the ability to execute on assignments independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required. Ability to work with demanding users in a high pressure environment Ability to multi-task is essential  Home office setup (network, phone, etc.) Our strength is built on our ability to work together.
