Responsibilities | - Accountable for all aspects of Information Technology program management and project resources (including partners/subcontractors), program planning, scheduling, risk management, scope management, internal and external communications, status reporting, and resource management
- Establish, plan, and execute program budgets, major milestones, and integrated work plan reviews and decision gates to complete the project life cycle
- Define project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and IT partners
- Collaborate with Business PM to receive, manage, and deliver initiative features requiring IT development
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters to identify dependencies and sequence features across the delivery teams
- Effectively manage scope and change, assess impact and assure controls
- Responsible for managing all phases of program delivery including: analysis and design, configuration and build, system integration, testing and training, and deployment of technical solutions
- Lead and coach small multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and developers to innovate and drive successful program implementation
- Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, risks, issues, changes, and action items, and works with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis
- Negotiate with Product Owners to ensure that deliverables are prioritized and in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget
- Exercise broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex programs
- Provide regular reporting and maintain ongoing communications to IT senior management, stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Drive outsourced vendors, both onshore and offshore, and ensure adherence to contractual stipulations and obligations including established Service Language Agreements and other contractual performance metrics
- Assist with the continuous improvement of Information Technology portfolio and service delivery best practices, processes, and tools
- Understand and refine business and technology architecture
