We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join nHRMS Global, our HR consulting firm, as a Practice Head and Women Leader.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our consulting services, with a particular focus on Talent Acquisition, Training, and HR back office.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.At least ten years of experience in HR consulting, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Training, and HR Backoffice.
Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve goals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
