Title: Process Co-ordinator
Duration: 1 Year +
Location: Middletown, NJ or Dallas, TX (Remote right now until December/January)
Job Description
Experience - 2 years with Strong Communication skills
Facilitation & Coordination
With Architecture teams Roadmap, design
With other Application / Delivery Teams / Scrum Masters (including teams with XXX and other Vendors) Dates, capacity, integrated timeline and delivery plan
With Technical Solution Managers (TSMs) Scope, schedule, budget, escalations, executive briefings
With XXXs Requirements, UAT, Overall timeline, business knowledge
With Testing across Vendor teams and XXX Code drops, defect oversight
With Release Management Release targeting, status, issue resolution
With Production Support Deployment/Transition from project to GA
Processes & Tools
Ensures adherence to quality standards with appropriate deliverables (Examples include tProcess, SAFe, Lean Agile, SQA Guidelines, etc.)
Utilizes numerous tools to perform functions: Jira Align, Jira iTrack, AgileCraft, TDP, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite Excel, PowerPoint, Word
WebEx Conference / WebEx Teams
Scope Management
Ensures Project Scope document map to the deliverables
Advocate on behalf of the client to ensure business needs are met
Partners with other Delivery Managers as needed on inter-project deliverables
Partners with TSM to manage project budget and cost reporting, modifying or rescheduling scope to meet budget
Milestone Management
Ensures schedule/timeline is met (set schedule, ensure key dates are met, code drops at appropriate times, testing gets the time they need, schedules meetings as needed to resolve issues)
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverable.
Involves TSMs if scope or schedule changes result in change to budget (Change Control process)
Identifies and manages project risks and issues
Publishes and tracks Jeopardy escalations as identified
Removes impediments - communication and facilitation
Release commitment request, Deployment go/no go
Accountable for Project Milestones for SAFe, Lean, Blended as appropriate
Conduct Retrospectives/Lessons Learned
Executive Reporting
Keeps leadership team apprised of progress and issues
Requires excellent written communication skills (project descriptions and executive status)
Financial Management
Project Estimation, validation, and approvals
Project level true ups, Forecast
Production Support
Effective transition new functionality/applications to appropriate Production Support organizations
