Process Engineer Lexington, MA

  • Process Engineer w/ Visual Inspection certification
  • Experience with fill finish and drug product MFG

Process Engineer Alston, MA


Resilience is building a 4x2000L mAbs production unit with two downstream suites and formulation. The design is mostly single use, taking advantage of skidded equipment. Equipment is due to arrive in September/October and goal is full qualification by end of year.

Project Needs:


Seeking 2-4 Process Engineers to assist with the following:

  • Documentation of Eng Lifecycle
  • Design leads for the respective process unit, representing the client
  • FAT/SAT support, including hands-on commissioning support
  • Experience and willingness to lead on a high-pace project


Candidates should have:

  • Available now through November
  • Degreed engineers with biotech project experience
  • Ideally have led design of process units for biotech projects
  • While some remote work is expected, as the project progresses on-site presence is required
  • Good knowledge of Eng Lifecycle
  • Experience with SUT preferred
