<p>Job Title: Procurement Operations Process & Systems Specialist</p> <p>PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Director, Procurement Operations, this position will be responsible for: (i) Ariba System Administration, including system maintenance and stabilization, as well as, actively seeking the expansion of the usage of Ariba throughout the organization; and (ii) implementation of the strategic processes, operations and planning function to facilitate improved cycle time in the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P) department, including assessing, recommending, developing, implementing and maintaining process improvements, data reporting and monitoring programs, and training programs. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Duties and Responsibilities 60% Enhance, maintain and operate the Ariba Request to Pay system:</p> <ul> <li>Performs Ariba source to pay system user interface and buyer network administrator activities to maintain and stabilize the system.</li> <li>Ensures the system aligns with policy, process and procedures, and identifies the system changes needed for alignment, and the feasibility of these changes.</li> <li>Serves as an Ariba Designated Support Contact and DocuSign Administrator in support of its use within the Ariba system.</li> <li>Provide Ariba system and buyer network troubleshooting expertise to answer questions and resolve problems at the individual, departmental and organizational levels, including support of our suppliers.</li> <li>Pro-actively investigates and determines the integrity of the system/data within source to pay procurement system to ensure proper functioning of the system and integration with other systems.</li> <li>Collaborates with Ariba, the internal IT team, and others as needed to identify and resolve issues, and to design, test and implement enhancements.</li> <li>Communicates system updates, issues and resolutions to impacted groups.</li> <li>Analyzes and reports on the pros and cons of utilizing optional system updates and expanded functionality.</li> <li>Identifies, recommends and implements continuous process improvements of use of existing Ariba system functionality.</li> <li>Gathers, documents and confers with applicable stakeholders on requirements for system changes and enhancements.</li> <li>Develops and documents test cases in support of testing for system changes.</li> </ul> <p>Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Manage the Ariba User Group to ensure best business processes are followed</li> <li>Create a positive business relationship with key business stakeholders</li> </ul> <p>Additional Skills: Previous Procurement and experience with Ariba are required.Experience with developing, implementing and maintaining process improvements, data reporting and monitoring programs, and training programs is necessary.</p> <p>Additional Skills:</p> <p>Previous Procurement and experience with Ariba are required.Experience with developing, implementing and maintaining process improvements, data reporting and monitoring programs, and training programs is necessary.</p>
