JOB DESCRIPTION :
We have new TEMP openings for Product Inspectors

Please note, this is a contracted position and if hired, stays effective as an employee for Cortech LLC.

Project length: 3 months, the option for an extension will be considered.

Pay rates and Shifts:

$13.50 1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm
$14.85 2nd shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm
$16.20 3rd shift, 10:30pm- 7:00am
Monday-Friday

Occasional overtime may be needed

Interview on-site or via phone before a confirmed start.

May start pending background, but must clear drug screen.



Responsibilities:
1. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
2. • Visually inspects gummies and remove unacceptable product (OOS)
3. • Uses metal inspection tool to conduct inspection
4. • Sets scales with proper quantities
5. • Fills cartons with product, label cartons and stack on pallets
6. • Moves pallets with hand jack and standup forklifts
7. • Cleans and sanitize equipment, table as required
8. • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
9. • Adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices
(cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product
10. • Documents batch records and other inspection forms
11. • May require to operate polish machines, sizing machines, vision systems, and indexing tables
12. • Cleans trays with approved chemical solution
13. • Stacks trays to a height of no more than 75 inches
14. • Ensures quality of product
15. • Verifies outgoing orders and complete all necessary paperwork neatly and legibly
16. • Keeps housekeeping duties in area, it may include wash/dry towels when required
17. • Trains new associates as needed
18. • Performs other duties as assigned
