30/hr
Technical support for development of an automated Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process and tool. Will also support the current manual PLM process, data collection, analysis and communication.

Job Description

The Product Lifecycle Manager supports the functions necessary to develop and implement the global PLM tool as well as support the current manual processes used for PLM.

Support current manual PLR/PLM process
o Participate in Brand led cross functional calls related to Product Launch or Change Projects
o Updates to ONE LIST as needed to maintain monthly financial summaries
o Lead creation of Product Launch Communication files by networking with: Marketing, R&D, Commercialization and Package Graphics.
o Update Master Product Launch file and lead cross functional calls bi-weekly
o Support ad hoc requests for information using Product Central

Support PLM Pilot Development & Deployment
o PLM system technical support with focus on initial data structure and functionality of modules used for ingredients, formulas and packaging
o Support process for incorporating legacy data into PLM tool
o Test and validate PLM nutritional and regulatory statements for accuracy and compliance
o Develop use cases for workflow and approval
o Assist in training functional leads on use of PLM tool
o Troubleshoot and help develop solutions for issues that arise in broader use of the tool

Other assignments as needed.

Work from home. No travel needed.

Requirements

• BS technical degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, including good functionality with MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point and Visio.
• Problem solving and out of the box mentality.
• Process oriented with good attention to detail.
• Continuous improvement knowledge and experience.
• Previous experience with Product Lifecycle Management is not required but would be preferred.
