Duties:

  • client.com is one of the most heavily-trafficked corporate websites in the world, and the digital front door for most of our customers. The product management team focuses on making client.com a world-class experience for enterprise visitors across their entire customer journey. Working in close collaboration with teams across client, you will help drive the future direction and strategy of our manay federated services (web navigation, consent management, licence compliance, site search, ...)
  • You will define key site opportunities, and marshal support from our UX, Creative, Publishing, Partners, and Development teams to deliver innovative experiences for our prospects and customers. You will own the vision for the site, prioritizing inbound business requirements and distilling them into actionable roadmaps. You will work with talented cross-functional teams to deliver site enhancements, testing where appropriate, and ensuring that the projects accomplish their business objectives.

Skills:

  • Lead Product Manager of client Blog platform, building a world-class web experience for prospects and customers
  • Manage the migration of our genuine compliance solution to our new web platform
  • Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to create innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences
  • Define and kick-start new initiatives and site enhancements, clearly identifying the KPI and targets, and see through to successful execution and on-time delivery
  • Assess and report on the results of initiatives vs their expected impact
  • Drive planning and vision refinement sessions with business and development teams
  • Discover, validate, and document business and technical requirements
  • Work with user experience professionals on site structure, customer journeys, UX flows, and page designs
  • Present convincingly to executives and stakeholders, and communicate with business, technical, creative, and analytical partners effectively

Education:

  • 3+ years of AEM product management with a technical focus
  • BS/BA or equivalent required, MBA a plus
  • Experience with a Consent Management Platform, in particular OneTrust is a plus
