Cortech is currently hiring for a Production Assistant - Box Maker
for the Hartselle, AL area
Hours 3pm - 11pm w/ overtime available
Starting pay $16.60/ paid weekly
POSITION TITLE: Production Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Box Maker
FLSA: NON-EXEMPT
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Must produce and/or aid in the production of good quality parts.
Must follow schedule to ensure the operators have correct box.
Must add part numbers to the appropriate box(s).
Must be able to use required tools.
Must be able to read tape measure.
Must assemble and set up shipping boxes.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to perform similar job-related duties as assigned.
Must be able to maintain a clean work area.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English well.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.
Must be able to add, subtract fractions.
Must be extremely dependable and capable of working with little or no supervision.
Must have the ability to lift 35 pounds.
Must be able to bend, twist, hold equipment.
