Production Associate Apply

We don't have any flexibility/option for remote work here.</strong></p> <p align="left"><strong><u>About the Role</u>: </strong></p> <p>Client is looking to hire a motivated Production Associate who will perform a variety of clerical and manual tasks including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and assembler duties to produce and process parts and assemblies.</p> <p>We are a rapidly growing business with the opportunity for the right candidate to continue advancing their role and responsibilities as the company grows.</p> <p align="left"><u><strong>What you'll do</strong></u><strong>: </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Maintain safe, clean, and orderly conditions at all times in our facility, receiving, shipping and warehouse areas</li> <li>Adhere to all company's safety requirements as well as OSHA requirements.</li> <li>Pack and process packages correctly to be shipped</li> <li>Inspect, receive and unload incoming orders and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders and invoices to verify accuracy of shipments</li> <li>Sort, count, label and log inventory, which is shipped or received</li> <li>Use dolly, forklift and other moving equipment to transport shipments from loading dock within the warehouse/facility</li> <li>Record and correct inventory discrepancies</li> <li>Build parts per digital work instructions without deviations</li> <li>Post process 3D printed parts (i.e., parts removal, cleaning, etc) in a consistent manner</li> </ul> <p><strong><i><u>Education and Experience</u></i></strong></p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED required</li> <li>Basic computer skills</li> <li>1+ years of experience of shipping and receiving and/or assembly preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong><i>Required Abilities: </i></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Must be a team player</li> <li>Physically able to lift heavy boxes</li> <li>Capable of operating forklifts and other equipment to move heavy shipments</li> <li>Willingness to be hands on and do the job with precision</li> <li>Experience in data entry</li> <li>Strong organizational skills</li> <li>Pay close attention to detail</li> <li>Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures</li> <li>Communicate clearly and effectively</li> <li>Manage time efficiently</li> <li>Demonstrate solid problem-solving skills</li> <li>Demonstrate awareness of proper warehouse and factory safety procedures</li> </ul>
