Attendance Bonus:
$50/day ($250/week) attendance bonus. Must be at work daily and not be late or leave early to qualify.
Job duties:
We are loading a wide variety of parts on a monorail moving 17’ per minute.
These parts can consist of casting weighing on average of 15-40lbs.
Sheet metal which is on the lighter scale.
Anything over 50lbs we use a lift assist.
They are to inspect parts for defects. The unloaders are to inspect parts for any type of defects, like blisters/ light coated / no coats.
They are to also make sure we are not mixing parts we place back into our customers containers.
Honda is labeled and packaged according to their specs.
It’s a very hot environment and very labor intense until they get used to doing the job.
