FORMULATION OPERATOR- BATCHER
Job Description: Repetitive machine or process operation following prescribed routine. Must be able to follow direction &aperform adjustments to processes or machinery. Records & reports production numbers. Proficiency is usually reached in a few months. Operation of equipment to include, but not limited to the following manufacturing equipment: Forklift, Mixer, Bag crusher, pallet jack, delumper, overhead hoist etc... Skills: Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations. Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately. Ability to be observant, accurate, and capable of following directions. Excellent Punctuality. Solid communication skills. Great interpersonal skills. Flexible. Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills. Knowledge: Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines. Education: high school diploma or equivalent Steel Toed Shoes Required.
Must demonstrate excellent punctuality and attendance
Must be able to routinely lift75 lbs.
Must be able to operate a Nissan 35 forklift
Must be able to wear a North Full face respirator
Must be able to work in a non temperature controlled environment
Must be able to work in a dusty environment
