Pay Rate - $21/hrThis employer requires all employees, temporary labor, consultants, and contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.Shift: 7:30am-4:30pmJob DescriptionThis company is a provider of market-leading high-end RF and Digital Signal Processing solutions for the Aerospace & Defense industry. We are looking for a talented individual with expertise in electronic circuit assembly, system assembly, and testing. You will be part of a team producing Circuit Card Assemblies and mixed assemblies of CCAs.Job duties and responsibilities:This is a hybrid role of Assembly/Test Operator and Material Handler.Assembly/Test OperatorCustom assembly and testing of electronic board -level products.Electronic System assembly, inspection, and testing.Preparing and executing assembly, in-process, and final tests and inspections.Material HandlerPull material for kits requests as directed and coordinated with Inventory SpecialistPut away and label incoming material from receiving and returns from manufacturing builds.Always maintain inventory accuracy and location.Perform inventory transactions in our ERP SAP as requiredOrganize material and store material neatly and accuratelyProvide support to sourcing and materials management as requiredWork in other areas as neededEnsure product quality through proper work ethics, keeping the area clean, organized, and accurately following product assembly procedures and instructions.Accurately report failures and non-conformances in verbal and written format.Interaction with the Planner, Buyer, Inventory Specialist, and Engineering.Continuous improvement through identifying efficiency and enhancement opportunities.Perform other duties as required.Required skills:HS Diploma or GED EquivalentUnderstanding of BOM structures.Attention to details.Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to accurately understand instructions and follow directions (both verbal and written)Ability to solder components on a circuit board is a plus.Trained to IPC-A-610; certification is a plus.Trained to J-STD; certification is a plus.Experience with ISO9001 or AS9100 quality systems is desired.Knowledge of standard electronic lab tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters, waveform generators, power supplies, and logic analyzers is a plus.
