Job Summary: Production Technician
$15.00/Hour
Once converted to FT, pay rate goes up to $19/hr.
Need individuals who are available to work night 8 or 12 hour shifts. Shift unknown until start date.
Pay Rate: $15/hr
Contract to hire- based on performance, safety and attendance
2nd or 3rd Shift (8 hour shift)
3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
11:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
7 pm – 7:30 a.m. (12 hour alternating 36/48 hour week)
36 hour week: (Sun, Wed, Thurs)
48 hour week: (Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat)
Safely operate production equipment to fulfill customer requirements. Position will require individual to work 8 or 12 hour night shift.
Responsibilities:
• Follow Safety, Quality and Work standards
• Work with minimum supervision
• Train and rotate in multiple positions
• Work overtime as required
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Education and Experience:
• No educational requirements.
• At least 6 months manufacturing experience.
Working Conditions:
• Non-climate control facility.
• Medium physical effort is required to maneuver through out departments that includes climbing stairs, in addition a considerable amount of standing is necessary.
• Lifting requirements are 75+ lbs on an occasional basis. Lifting requirements range from a height of 6 inches to a possible height of 5 feet.
• A considerable degree of mental and visual effort is required to provide resource assistance to manufacturing. Must pay special attention to details and be capable of working without direct supervision.
