JOB DESCRIPTION: Background The Customer Support Operations division requires immediate contractor support of one Program Administrator to manage the execution of programs or portions of a program. The Program Administrator will lead administration for proposals, product improvement and retrofits, and strategic programs led by Commercial Business Services (CBS) team. Scope of Work  Execute and drive to schedule for a portfolio of programs.  Create, monitor, and report performance to metrics to ensure program objectives are met.  Create dashboards for Aviation Week and EDI metrics.  Partner with BI&A to create dashboards.  Support EBusiness and EDI transitions.  Lead continuous improvement initiatives.  Review and facilitate the preparation of business cases to determine the feasibility and benefit of new business improvement ideas. Job Requirements  Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; and 2 years of related experience.  Ability to establish program plans and report status utilizing program management software.  Ability to multitask and juggle multiple programs and deliverables at once.  Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.  Advanced Knowledge of excel to include vlookups and pivot tables.  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex policies and recommend changes to procedures. Preferred  Experience with Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) is strongly preferred.  Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBi. Period of Performance  Term: Six (6) months; extension(s) may apply
